Polyurea Coatings

Firma Greeneco offers a wide range of polyurea materials with excellent operational properties. Coatings made of these materials are characterized by high resistance to impact, abrasion and the corrosive effects of water and chemicals.

Materials from this group, marked GF, have the fire class A

GE-11-70 is a thermosetting sprayable multi-component aromatic polyurea elastomer used as an abrasion, impact and moisture resistant coating for many substrates. This quick-cure system, which is mixed 1: 1 by volume, is designed to be sprayed with two-component high pressure spray equipment. GE-11-70 provides excellent stiffness and corrosion resistance. Creates a seamless, monolithic membrane, resistant to water and chemicals. The liner thickness can vary depending on the application, typically from a minimum of 750 µm to a virtually unlimited thickness.

GE-21-50 is a pure polyurea two component, fast curing elastomeric coating system. It is a material with a wide range of applications in various industries. GE-21-50 material, mixed in a 2: 1 ratio by volume, should be applied using high pressure spraying equipment for two-component materials. The thickness of the liner can vary depending on the application, typically from a minimum of 750 µm to a virtually unlimited thickness.

GE-Extreme is a two-component, fast-curing, elastomeric pure polyurea lining system. GE-HP 11-50 is a 1: 1 by volume material, designed to be applied by high pressure multi-component coating equipment. The thickness of the coating will vary depending on the application, typically from a minimum of 750 µm to an unlimited thickness.

GE-Hybrid is a two-component, fast-curing, elastomeric, hybrid polyurea coating system. The GE-Hybrid is designed to spray with high pressure plural component spray equipment such as the GRACO Reactor E-XP2. The thickness of the coating depends on the specifics of a specific application, usually it is from a minimum of 750 µm to an unlimited thickness.

GF-11-70 FR is a thermosetting multi-component spray-applied aromatic polyurea elastomer used as an abrasion, impact and moisture resistant coating, suitable for a wide variety of substrates. This fast curing, consist of 1: 1 by volume coating system, should be applied using high pressure two-component spray equipment. GF-11-70 FR forms a continuous, monolithic membrane that provides water, chemical, corrosion resistance, and excellent stiffness. Its ability to prevent the spread of fire makes it an ideal coating for many applications that require fire class 1 (A). Due to the large number of flammability indices and the large variety of surfaces that can be covered, testing, certification and approval of the finished product is strongly recommended. The ultimate ability to prevent the spread of fire depends on the type of substrate to be protected, as well as the thickness and density of the final coating. The thickness of the coating should be selected according to the requirements of a specific application, usually from a minimum of 500 µm to virtually unlimited thickness.

GF-FR 21-50 is a two-component, fire-resistant, elastomeric, 100% polyurea coating system. Its ability to prevent the spread of fire makes it an ideal coating for many applications that require classification for flammability. Due to the large number of flammability indices and the large variety of surfaces that can be covered, testing, certification and approval of the finished product is strongly recommended.

It should be noted that the final ability to prevent the spread of fire depends on the type of substrate to be protected, as well as the thickness and density of the coating. The thickness of the coating should be selected according to the individual requirements of specific applications. Typically this ranges from a minimum of 500 µm to a virtually unlimited thickness. Class 1 or class A is the best fire rating of materials that can be achieved. "A" fire rating indicates the degree of flame spread from zero to 25. Grade A / Grade 1 materials include brick, plasterboard and fiber cement materials. These materials do not burn well and are very unlikely to act as fuel for a fire to spread.
