HiChem provides excellent corrosion resistance and will not deteriorate from most chemical attacks.

HiChem has a Shore D 70 hardness, and it is Rhino’s most rigid formulation with the highest amount of molecular cross-linking in its formulation. Depending on the ratio formulation and gel time, elongation can range from 10% to 40%, giving this hard coating some flexibility. HiChem is available in both 2:1 and 1:1 ratio formulations. Rhino Hybrid™ is a modified polyurea that provides a cost-effective, environmentally sound solution to commercial and industrial applications where high humidity conditions exist, and where maximum corrosion and abrasion protection is required. Rhino Hybrid is ideal for indoor use, as well as for secondary chemical containment, pipes, pump stations and sludge tanks.

Rhino Hybrid has a Shore D 55+/- (ASTM D2240) hardness and a 90-100% (ASTM D412) elongation for the 2:1 ratio formulation and a 250% (ASTM D412) elongation for the 1:1 ratio formulation. It is an excellent cost-effective alternative for HardLine® and requires high-pressure plural equipment.

Formulated as a self-supporting liner designed to repair aging or badly damaged oil, gas, sewage and drinking water pipelines.

PipeLiner 5000 11-70 PW is a two-component, 1:1 ratio, rapid curing, elastomeric structural lining systems developed for high build applications of 30 – 500 mil cross sections. Pipeliner 5000 can be sprayed in low temperatures, extremely humid conditions and at 350-400 mils thick, or almost 3/8 of an inch, in a single pass without stress cracking.

Pipeliner 5000 has passed the rigorous testing requirements of the NSF/ANSI 61 Section 5 potable water standard and is Truesdail Laboratories listed. The polyurea/polyurethane systems are sprayed with high-pressure plural component spray equipment and can also be sprayed with a cartridge gun for repairs.
