The GreenCoat series offers the most advanced coatings for use in the toughest environments and highest temperatures. In particular, they are ceramic coatings that meet the most stringent customer requirements. The GreenCoat series also includes epoxy, urethane and silicone products.
Our coatings are specially developed for harsh working conditions and can be adapted to most part shapes. First of all, they serve to protect the substrate from corrosion, erosion and maximize the life of the surface, reduce downtime and minimize their preservation. In addition, we offer specialized products that have a high emissivity, which can significantly improve the efficiency of boilers, furnaces or incineration plants, as well as coatings for the highest temperatures.

GreenCoat protection systems are based on ceramic materials with high emissivity and re-emission of thermal radiation, developed especially for industrial heating devices operating in the temperature range up to 1315°C. Our emission coatings ensure increased heat transfer, energy savings, increased production, reduced downtime, increased material durability and lower emissions to the atmosphere.

Typical savings for the natural gas and oil sector resulting from the use of emission coatings amount to an average of 5-10%.

GreenCorr coatings can be applied in workshop conditions, at the production stage, as well as at client’s facilities during planned operational breaks, on existing refractory materials and metallic surfaces. Thanks to the coating, radiation and convective energy from burners and hot gases is absorbed on the surface of the coating and then evenly radiated throughout the device, creating an even temperature distribution. GreenCorr recovers valuable energy that is lost in the lining, as it works as a “heat store” during cyclic work.

After applying GreenCorr coatings, the thermal energy absorbed by the coating is re-radiated and then absorbed by the cooler product. Thanks to this, fireproof insulation works at a lower temperature and “retains” less heat energy/less losses.

Increasing the emissivity of the refractory material increases the heat energy absorbed by the product. Because it can cause excessive heating, which can affect the properties of the product being fired, the operation of the burners must be adjusted to a lower level. This gives significant fuel savings.

RedCorr series

RedCorr products offer high-temperature ceramic coatings used for sealing heat-sprayed metallic coatings as well as for insulating and sealing dense refractory linings used in furnaces and boilers operating at temperatures up to 1760ºC.

RedCorr is a new high-temperature ceramic material used to fill/seal microporous structures in metallization layers and refractory ceramics. The purpose of the coating is to improve the reliability of bricks and linings and protect the metal coating from corrosion.
