§.1 General Provisions

  1. The data administrator is GreenEco with its registered office at ul. Kampinos 14, 32-031 Włosań, NIP: 6631400976, REGON: 290769112. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description) is used.
  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by the term “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

§2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. This means that if you use our site, we process your data, such as: IP address, e-mail address and name/surname – as provided in the contact forms.

§3. Cookies

  1. Website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.
    The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our sites to improve the functioning of the website, providing more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analitics, which records user behavior on the site. Site protection is provided by the iThemes Security tool.
    We use cookies to guarantee the highest standards related to accessing our website, and the collected data is used only within GreenEco to optimize activities.
  3. Our website uses the following cookies:
    • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect misuse in the field of authentication within the website;
    • “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of website pages;
    • “functional” cookies, allowing “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in the scope of the selected language or region from which the user comes, font size, website appearance, etc .;
